Mr. Keethler serves as the CEO and President of Carriage Trails and 201 Corridor Management LLC. With over 35 years of experience in building, land, and site development, he collaborates closely with consultants, attorneys, financial institutions, accountants, land planners, and engineers to secure project approvals. His expertise includes zoning, permit procurement, and contract negotiations.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Keethler has zoned or developed more than 8,000 single-family lots, over 3,400 multi-family units, and more than 600 acres of commercial land. His comprehensive background spans all phases of project development, from initial design to completion. His portfolio includes numerous residential and commercial developments across Ohio and Arizona, notably Bearizona, a 160-acre drive-through wildlife theme park in Williams, Arizona.

Mr. Keethler is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and was inducted into the Upper Arlington Baseball Hall of Fame in 2017. He resides in Upper Arlington with his wife and enjoys quality time with his four adult children, attending sporting events, traveling, and family vacations.
