Mr. Conaway serves as the Construction Manager, overseeing all fieldoperations and ensuring the successful execution of development projects. A keymember of our affiliates since 1991, he brings decades of experience inconstruction management, planning, zoning, and land development. He plays avital role in the management and execution of Carriage Trails for DEC Land Co.I LLC, as well as various commercial development projects.
In addition to overseeing land development, Ken previously managed fieldoperations for DEC’s property management division. He was responsible formaintaining DEC’s multifamily portfolio, including capital improvementbudgeting and expenditures, ensuring long-term asset value and operationalefficiency.
Ken has a vast background in large-scale development and construction,having managed hundreds of projects for nationally recognized companies such asKmart, Sam’s Club, Pilot Travel Centers, Red Roof Inns, Cross Country Inns, TGIFridays, and Max & Erma’s. His experience extends to the construction ofregional malls, shopping centers, and numerous out-lot restaurants and retailestablishments. He has also led the development and construction of 8,000multifamily and condominium units, demonstrating his expertise in large-scaleresidential projects.
Ken resides in Springboro, Ohio, with his wife.
